Coordinated Family Support
We provide services to adult individuals living in their family homes. These services are adapted specifically to the language and culture of the home. The intent of these supports is to assist the individual in developing skills in the home, coordinating and delivering services, and accessing their community.

Community Integration Employment Services
We provide a 100% community integration program that supports individuals who are not working or underemployed. The individuals are encouraged to participate in employment-focused activities focusing on personal interests and hobbies. These activities are designed for the individual to explore and discover interests, build skills, and develop connections, resulting in employment.

WORKSITE EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT

One-on-one job coaching to individuals hired by an employer or in an internship.

Utilize job task analysis and coaching plan.

Act as a liaison between the individual and employer.

Assess potential issues or areas of concern raised by the individual or employer.

We use a person-centered approach to job coaching because everyone needs different support.

Use natural support within the environment.

Independent Living Services (Coming Soon)
We provide training and support to help individuals with developmental disabilities build the skills necessary to live independently in their homes or community settings. These services focus on money management, meal preparation, household maintenance, personal health, and safety while fostering self-advocacy and decision-making. ILS aims to enhance the participant’s quality of life by promoting greater autonomy and the ability to manage daily activities independently.
